This is my first review of an energy gum and I'm pretty excited. I was in the dollar store and stopped off to look at some generic energy shots when I saw this for 75 cents. I had no idea that Jolt had a gum so of course it took me by surprise.
Taste: Classic mint taste in a gum. This gum is easy to chew and the mint flavor isn't all that strong. The flavor, however, doesn't last long at all. That was the one thing that disappointed me in this product. Rating 7 out of 10
Buzz: 2 pieces apparently equals 1 energy drink. I highly doubt that but I did get something. I was supposed to be reading in English this morning and I was sleepy so I popped 2 pieces in and aftet a few minutes I felt a light buzz. It wasn't a strong or long lasting one but it works for its purpose. Rating 6 out of 10
Overall Gum Rating 6.5 out of 10
Look: This has a retro feel to it. The old fashioned Jolt symbol is on the cover. The whole body of the package is a trippy style mix of green, blue, and yellow, with the majority being blue. The thing where you pop the gum out has a traditional silver foil back, and has the Jolt emblem on it in black. This isnt the most badass packaging but it is eye catching with the colors.
